This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and shipped for purchases made through scencitycandle.com.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
• All orders ship the Monday following the Wednesday bake
• USPS or UPS will be used at random based on cost, speed, and route
• You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships
SHIPPING RATES
• Flat rate shipping: $8.50 on all orders under $25
• Free shipping on orders over $25 (after discounts, before tax)
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
• We currently ship only to the lower 48 United States
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations
• Some carriers may have limitations delivering to P.O. boxes
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
• Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control
TRACKING INFORMATION
• Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships
• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear
LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
• Scencity Creations is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us so we can help file a claim
• Photos may be required for damaged shipments
ADDRESS ACCURACY
• Customers are responsible for entering correct and complete shipping information
• Scencity Creations is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses
