At Scencity Creations, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, tested, or altered in any way.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
