Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Simply place 1–2 wax melts into your wax warmer and allow them to melt. Do not add water. Use only in approved wax warmers.

Scent longevity depends on the size of the space, airflow, and warmer/candle type. Wax melts typically last several hours per use, while candles provide consistent fragrance throughout their burn time.

This usually happens if the candle isn’t burned long enough on the first use. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the top (full melt pool) during each burn to prevent tunneling.

Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn, keep the candle free of debris, and avoid burning for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

When used properly, our candles and wax melts are safe. Always follow safety instructions and never leave them unattended while in use.

NEVER LEAVE UNATTENDED AROUND CHILDREN AND OR PETS.
